snarky sneaky diviner
Contacts (every 5 scout or wizard levels)
What names do you go by (among friends, among family, on formal occasions, on legal documents)?Sender is all I have ever have been called.
How old are you, and how long have you led an “adult” life?
I am 21. I have been considered an adult since the age of 13 when I was apprenticed to the scouts of my clan.
Where did you grow up, and what was your upbringing like?
My people are a wandering folk so I have seen most of the steppes. I was mistreated by my peers due to my appearance and disposition, and that is why my father wisely sent me with the scouts.
Have you kept in touch with your family? Have you considered starting a family of your own?
I have not kept in touch, it would be very hard to do so. I would not choose to reproduce, but I put little forth to prevent it.
Would your parents be proud of you if they could see you now?
I do believe they would.
Do you own property (land, buildings, slaves, businesses)?
None, with little interest.
What oaths have you sworn, and how sacred are they to you?
What was the scariest moment in your life?
Leaving my family to make my own life.
The most joyous?
The day I learned how to manipulate magic.
When my father sent me to learn from the scouts. I wanted to stay home and learn basket weaving from my father and mother.
My father was right to do it, I have potential for more than wicker.
When did you first take a life? How did you feel about it?
The life of my enemy is abstract, the life of my friends is sacred.
How do you feel about settled folk (ordinary townspeople)?
How do you feel about different kinds of folk (men, women, various races/ species…)?
It pays to judge people individually, except goblinoids. Generalities work in their case.
Where would you like to be in 10 years, and what would you like to have accomplished?
I would like to have become powerful enough to find and contact my family, and have made a significant addition to the settlement at Feerys Leap.
How do you feel about looting corpses? Or stealing from enemies, strangers, allies, lovers…?
Stealing is largely a matter of perspective.
What is sacred to you? What is evil?
Freedom is sacred, suffering is evil.
What do you do to curry the favor of your god(s)?
My people have a loose sense of religion, worshiping the steppes as the giver and taker of life. Death is the end, when we return to the steppes and fall to dust.
How active a role do they (seem to) take in your life?
Because I live on the steppes, it rules my life. This is true for anyone on the steppes.
When you die, what would you like done to your body?
I am not planning on dying.
